Choking Constrict
If a creature has constrict and has grappled a foe for 3 consecutive rounds, it may start to suffocate the creature. A creature who is grappled in this way must start making constitution checks at increasing -1 penalties to avoid suffocating. The creature can't make the usual attempt to hold its breath, as the air is being forced out. If the creature breaks free of the constrict and grapple or is freed by other means, it is no longer is in danger of suffocation but is staggered for one minute.
