This functions like ''[[SRD:Telekinesis|telekinesis]]'', with the following changes.

''Sustained Force:'' You can now carry up to 100 lbs per caster level in weight up to 100 ft a round, or 1000 lbs per caster level up to 20 ft a round.  If you cease concentration, you can resume concentration without losing the spell as long as the duration is ongoing.

''Combat Maneuver:'' In addition to combat maneuvers, you can attack it with telekinetic force.  You can make full attacks against a single target using your caster level as your BAB + your casting ability modifier to attack rolls, or a single attack against all targets in the area up to 20 ft radius, and deal your unarmed strike damage plus your mental ability modifier in force damage.  If you cease concentration, you can resume concentration without losing the spell as long as the duration is ongoing.

Violent Thrust: You can now hurl objects up to 100 lbs per caster level.  If you hurl as a 1 round action, you triple the distance you throw a creature or object.

For all three, the caster level maximum is removed and it continues scaling to 20th level and beyond.  If you have both this spell and normal ''telekinesis'' prepared or known, you may retain concentration as a move action.
