Mull the Inevitable Justice

Mull the Inevitable Justice, also know as Mull the Indictor, is or was an inevitable of great renown, and stories tell that one day he will arrive to defeat chaos itself.

Level: 5th

Binding DC: 23

Special Requirement: Yes

Legend

In the end, the law reaches everyone eventually.

There is a legend among some of the more talkable residents of the lawful outer planes. It is a tale of a inevitable of great power known as Mull the Indictor, who had stories of myth defeating great chaos entities and bringing order to the lawless universe. Some claim he is an ancient being which was involved in writing the first laws of the universe. Others say he is recent and real, only awakening from his slumber in times of dire need to rescue the world from madness. But it may just be that he is but a story which has simply been believed to the point where faith has given him form. Whatever the case is, the inevitables of Mechanus know that even if Mull did not exist, does not exist, or will not exist, it is a mathmatical certainty that one day the ultimate inevitable will appear to defeat chaos.

Special summoning

The binder must not be wanted for any crimes that they have formerly been charged with. Calling him with such only results in him listing off your crime, the accusing body, and handing over a notice of summons to the location before vanishing.

Manifestation

There is a knock on a nearby door (or the appearation of a door if there was none), and when answered there stands a tall but surprisingly plain inevitable, composed of well worn steel and adamantine. His face is grave and serious, his eyes piercing with an icy stare, and his body humanoid and symetrical. He seems to be wearing a metallic business suit and tie. He says nothing, but hands over a contract for the binder to sign.

Sign

The binder gains the ultimate poker face, their face stuck in a serious expression. They may seem older than normal, with their hair turning iron gray.

Influence

Whenever you are asked for your opinion, you respond with "no comment". You also must not permit a crime to go unreported, though you do not need to stop the crime yourself if the circumstances are ill fitted for it. You need only alert the proper authorities.

Granted Abilities

Aura of Law

While bound to Mull, you radiate law as a cleric of your level.

Dead Man's Switch

When you bind Mull you gain a free contingency effect, which stores any spell up to 5th level from the cleric, druid, or sorcerer/wizard lists. If the spell would have any expensive material components or XP, you must supply them for the contingency to activate. It goes off as normal, and can only return by rebinding Mull.

Know the Law

You gain a +30 bonus on Knowledge checks relating to knowledge of the law and legal proceedings.

Spells of Law

You are capable of casting the following as supernatural abilities:

At will- guilt, moral guidance (law).

Once every 5 rounds each- mass guilt, reveal greatest sin (normal or +2 level version).

Once per binding- nauseating guilt.

Unflappable

The binder is immune to charm, compulsion, fear, and any attempt to read his mind. They also cannot unwillingly fall prone, and gain a +20 bonus on ability checks against any effect which would move them against their will.
