|reason=I don't remember what it was like before, but I feel that it is too weak now. Four arms is always a tricky business. It merits the LA + 1, but the other abilities would have been fine with LA +0. I think it's a bit low-powered for a LA+1, but a bit high-powered for a LA+0.

I don't agree with having all of the ability score bonuses on top of all the powers; I think dumping one in favor of the other (read: the powers should be kept at the expense of all the ability score changes, positive or negative). I also think the constant empathy still has a pretty good chance to shaft you (if your enemy has a bag of awakened rats, as it were), especially if you have to make a separate save for each suitably intelligent creature that dies, even in the same turn.

I actually read the descriptions for once, and well, they gave me questions about why that it. Now that the balance around abilities has been reached, it'd be nice to see the lore expanded upon.

|reason=From the ashes, it rises again.  And honestly... I'm proud of you.  Seriously.  It's good now.  Well, it needs some fluff text, but mechanically it is now sound.  The fact it went from BIG NO to "hey not bad" brings it to Like status.  Good job.

|reason=Much better than before a 1LA creature with four arms is good. You also add some fluff. I was about to like it, then saw that they get access to dimension door at 5HD. Even a psion has to wait until 7th level to gain access to it.
