With the sound of popping you create bubbles of ectoplasm charged with dangerous psionic energy. You can manifest this power as a swift, standard, or 1 round action.
As a swift action you summon and launch a single charged bubble. This is a ranged touch attack out to 30 feet, dealing 1d6+1 damage. You can fire one every round by concentrating on it as a swift action.
As a standard action you summon a mass of bubbles which spray out in a 30 foot cone. This deals 3d4 points of damage, with a Reflex save for half. Concentrating on this is a standard action.
As a 1 round action you summon so many bubbles they surround you like a shield. You gain 3 temporary hit points which refreshes each round you concentrate, and you release a constant stream of excess bubbles from your surface in a 60 foot line 15 ft wide, dealing 3d8 damage with a Reflex save for half. Creatures that get within 5 feet of you are also subject to this same damage. Concentrating on this is still a standard action. When you stop concentrating your entire shield erupts forth in a single large attack dealing 3d8 damage in a line with no action on your part.
Augment: For every additional power point you spend, this power's damage increases by 1 (for swift), 1d4 (for standard), and 1d8 plus 1 more temporary hp (for 1 round). For each extra two dice of damage, this power's save DC increases by 1.
