A graft rarely taken lightly, the demon's heart is mounted in the chest of the recipient, next to their original heart. However, with it, it brings endless negative emotions, most notably anger, which is extremely difficult to control. While users can sometimes bring it back under control, it requires great willpower to do so successfully.
The user of this graft always receives a +2 morale bonus on melee attack and melee damage rolls, a +2 bonus on all saves, a -2 penalty to AC, and DR X, where X is 2 + one-half their character level. Additionally, for every two character levels (rounding down), the recipient receives +1d6 damage on melee attacks that do hit point damage. These bonus dice are never multiplied, and are not granted to attacks in excess of those given by the recipient's BAB. These are not sneak attack dice, and cannot be used to qualify for anything that would need them.
However, at the same time, the recipient's anger is such that they cannot cast spells, activate magic items, use spell-like abilities, or drop their weapons or shield voluntarily.
The recipient can suppress all the effects of this graft (positive and negative) by making a DC 24 Will save as a move action. If this is successful, the effects of this graft are suppressed for one hour. However, if this save is failed, for the next hour, it cannot be attempted again.
The weight of a demon's heart for a creature that is not Medium depends on the creature's size. For a creature that is Small or smaller, its weight becomes negligible. For a Large creature, the demon's heart weighs 10lb, for a Huge creature, 40lb, for a Gargantuan creature, 160lb, and for a Colossal creature, 400lb.
