All creatures caught in the blast take 40d12 fire damage, with a Reflex save (DC 40 + your spellcasting modifier) allowed for half. Creatures that take damage must also succeed on a Will save (DC 40 + your spellcasting modifier) or suffer a −10 penalty to Bluff, Disguise, Hide, Forgery, Move Silently, Sleight of Hand, and Use Magic Device checks for 20 hours, regardless of any immunity they may have to mind-affecting or fear effects; the truth-filled flame of Reshiram suppresses any and all attempts at dishonesty. Only remove curse, greater dispel magic, or epic dispel can remove the penalties, and only if they succeed on a caster level check against you. This spell has a +20 bonus to caster level checks to overcome spell resistance.
