A Display that Requires the Use of One of His Hands[edit]

You do know that displays are optional special effects that accompany a power automatically as you think it into being, right? --Foxwarrior (talk) 02:00, 16 November 2012 (UTC)

This is basically spell flower for Psionic characters. And displays aren't that optional for low-level manifesters who can't reliably succeed on a DC 16 Concentration check (or 17, or 18, or 19... well, by the time you can manifest 5th-level powers, you'll have enough ranks in Concentration to have a pretty good chance of success, I guess...). So unless the issue is that there are no displays that involve the use of one's hands, that'll have to stay. --Luigifan18 (talk) 03:24, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
That is precisely the issue, yes. Displays don't involve the use of one's anything. --Foxwarrior (talk) 03:27, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
All right, then, nonsensical clause removed. --Luigifan18 (talk) 03:39, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
With the short duration, you won't have much time to use this power practically. Round 1, power flower, Round 2, a touch power. Round 3, another touch power. Alright guys, I'm ready to figh- oh, they're all dead, I spent 3 rounds doing nothing. Don't get me started on maraliths. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 13:04, 4 April 2016 (UTC)
