This graft has little external change in appearance but plenty of internal change. You replace your stomach with that of a xorn's stomach. You no longer need to eat normal food, but must eat earth, rocks, and other stones and are able to digest this new diet. Your new stomach also augments your existing tools for eating as well. You automatically are able to identify any mineral by scent, you do not suffocate if buried in earth, and your ability to eat rock allows you to burrow through rock and stone (but not metal) at 1/4th your burrow speed. However, the graft doesn't give you a burrow speed, you must obtain one yourself.
One last side effect is your teeth harden to handle your new diet. If you have a bite attack or unarmed strike using your mouth, your teeth count as adamantine.
