|reason=Decent: ''Adj'' 1. conforming to the recognized standard of propriety, good taste, modesty, etc., as in behavior or speech. Word choice aside, this is 4 HD, some boring features, some stuff that's wrong, and also the Fiendish template apparently. Just... no for PCs flat out, because your 4 levels will be better spent on class levels that let you do things. For monsters...there are already other templates that are more interesting and actually scale monsters a bit better than this attempts to do. This feels like an early, rough draft than a final published article. Sandbox it or delete it.
