This spell creates an efflux of pseudo-sentience within a mindless [[SRD:Construct Type|construct]] (such as a [[SRD:Golem|golem]] or an [[SRD:Animated Object|animated object]]). The targeted construct gains [[SRD:Intelligence|Intelligence]], [[SRD:Wisdom|Wisdom]], and [[SRD:Charisma|Charisma]] scores of 3d6 points +1 per 6 [[SRD:Caster Level|caster levels]] (maximum 3d6+5). These scores replace the construct's former ability scores where applicable. If the construct's new [[SRD:Wisdom|Wisdom]] or [[SRD:Charisma|Charisma]] scores are less than its current [[SRD:Wisdom|Wisdom]] or [[SRD:Charisma|Charisma]] score, the construct retains the old score. The spell has no effect on constructs that already have an [[SRD:Intelligence|Intelligence]] score. This effect is permanent.
