* The DC increase by 2 when used against living creatures.
* Ignore the evasion or mettle class feature of living creatures (the improved version of either is downgarded to the regular instead). 
* Deal minimum damages per die against nonliving creatures and objects.
* The DC decrease by 2 against nonliving creatures.
