|effect=You now have to enter a state of mind for four hours every day nearly identical to sleep. You may choose when the four hour period of sleep occurs within a twenty four hour time frame, but it must be uninterrupted much like regular sleep. 
|special=This flaw counts as sleep for classes, feats, and anything else that requires a race to have to sleep.
