|reason=While it's not too hard to get one stat over 30, it's considerably harder to get two, especially pre-epic, so this should probably be an epic feat. But that also means that monsters are going to pick up this feat (since if players have access to it, why can't monsters take it?) which makes them super tonky.
But that doesn't address the real problem with this feat. It's super duper powerful... while becoming something that the DM can use to insta-kill the PC, since ability damage isn't very rare.
Now the DM is left with a dilemma; have to deal with the super-powered, nigh-invincible to damage PC, or hit them with a tiny bit of ability damage, and watch them insta-die and never get ressurected again. (Even by Wish?)
So yeah, bad feat all around.
