She is the sister goddess of Rejik. She is kind toward mortals and looks after and protects them from savage evils. Caring and nurturing, She represents the love that the Sosha Genia can give to those under their worship. Her love is said to be able to reweave the cosmos.

High above the land of Nymnelia is a sparse and scattered realm of floating continents, islands, cities and vast cloudbanks. Great storms swirl and fade. Heavenly radiance flares about. This realm is simply referred to as the Cloud Lands, a celestial realm of primal air. From high above Nymnelia, Ceila watches the world below unfold as she studies Her magic. She weaves the air and protects the blessed realms of Nymnelia with Her power.

She is also known as TululaRa.

Avatars

  • True Avatar: A titanic cloud of swirling divine magic in which Her beautiful, nude form rests within. From the cloud, lashes of energy whip out constantly, writhing with pure magical divinity. The lashes stem from her head and appear as extensions of Her own flesh. She speaks like a heavenly choir, the sound of which is enough to cause the souls of mortals to leave their bodies in a fit of rapturous joy. Though, as hate is so closely linked to love, She can turn into a raging storm that lashes out at the world with uncaring malice. As she moves across the land, mortal magic fails in here presence, except that of her devoted followers, who grow stronger.
  • Ephemeral Avatars: A beautiful woman, perfectly proportioned, with deep green eyes, often under the guise of a commoner or even a soldier. Occasionally, She is seen carrying a star-shaped mace.

Dogma

She preaches the necessity to love your family and friends and cherish each moment you spend with them, even if that moment is spent in misery. Those who practice this philosophy are rewarded with long, love-filled lives. The greatest spell that can be cast is the one that requires no mystical power, except that of the beating heart; love.

Clergy and Temples

Temples of Ceila are built as marriage halls and gathering places of communities. Though not everyone worships Ceila, her marriages are universally recognized in the eyes of all the Sosha Genia. Clerics of Ceila often travel the land and perform marriage rites.
