This spell works like a limited wish spell in what illusions may be produced. Once created from the mind of the caster, any subject rolls a sense motive check against the caster's bluff attempt. If the caster wins, then the subjects are convinced of the phantasm's reality. To all their senses, it is 100% real. A phantasmal entelechy of a fireball does real damage, not only to the subjects, but also to the physical surroundings. If it is enough to kill the subject then (s)he is dead. However, this damage from the spell is tracked separately for every victim. If they later disbelieve that the fireball was real, the damage will be healed. If somehow the spirit of a dead victim can be convinced that it was fake, then they will come back to life. When damage is disbelieved, other damage from real sources still remains. If someone were to be disbelieve a phantasmal entelechy, others seeing this get a saving throw to disbelieve as well. A bridge created by this spell will support those who believe in it. Those who don't fall through. This spell can be extended by use of feats or made permanent with a permanency spell in which case the caster need no longer concentrate on the illusion as it has gained a "life" of its own.
