Mechanics: I want to like this, however, nauseated is a very strong status effect to be able to throw around with an ''attack action''. You'll probably need to be pretty high level to afford throwing around tons of them. I just see this item being very easy to abuse: it can easily lock down encounters. Then again, if we accept that this item is for VH-level games, it would help put rogue flask-throwers on par with wizards.
