Canon:Liham
From Dungeons and Dragons Wiki
Liham is the southernmost of the Free Cities in the North of Zakhara, about half distance in between the cities of Qudra and Umara. Liham's strong military force has earned it the title City of Soldiers, but it is also called Liham the Red, because crimson is a prominent color in the clothing of its residents.
