Half-Blind

You have poor eyesight, which reduces your ability to fight with ranged weapons and makes seeing faraway objects much harder. However you got used to your bad eyesight, allowing you to move faster in a situation of poor visibility.

Benefit: You are used to moving with poor visibility, you move at three-quarter speed in darkness or poor visibility instead of half speed (or while being Blinded). You count as having the Blind-Fight for the purpose of prerequisites. If you possess the feat you gain the ability to move at full speed in darkness and poor visibility and its benefits extend to ranged attack as well as melee attack.

Drawback: You halves the range increment of any ranged weapon you wield and the penalty to Spot due to distance is doubled for you.

Roleplaying Ideas: Perhaps you had a childhood blinding fever case which left your eyes in a poor shape, or you lost an eye in battle.
