Change the clouds and wind in the region within 300' per point of energy you spend to create this weave (excluding points of energy you spend on other modifications). You can change the rain to anything from no rain to heavy rain, and make the wind be up to 10 mph in any direction.
You can increase this wind by 5 mph for every point of energy you spend to do so.
You can make there be lightning in this area, or remove lightning already there, at the cost of 10 points of energy. If you add lightning, it strikes everything in a 5'-wide column somewhere at random within the area once per round per point of energy spent on its area, dealing 1d6 points of Electricity damage per character level to everything it hits.
True Power Only: If the True Power is used to cast Cloud Dancing damage dealt by its lightning is Vile damage, and every creature that enters the area or was in the area when it was cast must make a Fortitude save or become sickened until it leaves the area.
Sustain: You can sustain Cloud Dancing for 1 more minute by taking a full-round action and spending 3 points of energy.
Tie Off: You can tie off Cloud Dancing by spending twice the amount you spent to cast it, and taking 1 hour. If you tie it off, you can choose to either have it follow you or stay at its current location.
