A lucky golden coin with a spoke wheel pattern on one side, and a hazy eroded image of a figure on the other, simply having it in your possession gives you great luck. You have a 50% chance of success and 50% chance of failure, regardless of your normal chance of success otherwise.  Only creatures with divine rank can resist its fortune-bending effects.
