''The adamantine devil is a towering mass of metal, stone, and flesh bound together into a mighty juggernaut decorated in images of death and ruin.  On its chest plate is a fiendish visage whose eyes burn like hellfire.  No being could be seen within its hollow frame, it seems the armor is the devil itself...''

[[Summary::The adamantine devil, also known as a silexaversio, are lawful evil outsiders found on Acheron who are the result of evil spirits possessing a suit of armor, transforming it into a huge monstrous tank.]]  They are born from the souls of the xenophobic, who in their fear of others sought to destroy anything different from themselves regardless of others posed any actual harm.  They appear a huge-sized bulky suits of armor bound with fleshy muscles and nerves crossing the metal and stone surfaces.  In fact, adamantine devils are hollow, the suit is the devil itself.  Paranoid and stubborn, adamantine devils trust few and have little allies even among the ranks of other devils.  Fortunately for the adamantine devils, they are usually strong enough to take care of themselves.  While loathe to work for others, when it does make an alliance it will follow it until the devil gains enough strength to make such alliances unnecessary.

They make up the heavy tank troops of the menos subtype, lower planar beasts who have a disruptive effect on magic.  A adamantine devil is about 18 feet tall and weigh 9600 lbs.  They speak Abyssal, Celestial, and Infernal.

An adamantine devil attacks firsts and asks questions later, confident in its defenses to hold it through while it pounds away on the opponents.  Its slams drain away a great deal of health allowing it to repair damage as it goes.  It is powerful but very simple and straight forward in a fight.
