Scaling Advanced Dark Companion [General]
Prerequisites: 5 HD, must have a dark companion.Benefit: The bonus granted by this feat is based on hit dice.
- 5 HD: You gain the benefits of the Advanced Dark Companion feat and creatures sharing it square no longer prevent it to have an effect. You now also share sense between yourself and your dark companion, seeing what it seeing and hearing what it hearing and you are capable of speaking through it.
- 10 HDs: You invested enough will into your dark companion that you still control it even when in situation where you are unable to take mental command. It even persist for 1 round/level after your death.
- 15 HDs: Your dark companion cannot be dispelled now persist indefinitely after your death. In effect you become the dark companion and may use the opportunity to engineer your own resurrection. Additionally if the dark companion is present during the resurrection you do not lose a level from being brought back from the dead.
