A complex technique, requiring time to use properly, this Force power is a meditation aid, allowing the user to attune themselves, mind and body, to the Force. It is practiced only by the Jedi, or other Light Side Force users.
This functions identically to a lesser restoration spell. Unlike most spell-like abilities, this retains a somatic component, although this does not suffer from armoured spell failure if the user is wearing light armour.
