Any warlock capable of using at least lesser invocations wearing this amulet gains an additional lesser invocation known. The invocation so gained must be chosen at the beginning of each day. The amulet needs to be worn for 24 hours before it gives any benefit to the wearer.
The amulet may be of fey or demonic origin, and makes the wearer radiate an aura of chaos or evil as if they were a cleric of their level. An amulet of demonic origin makes the wearer radiate evil, and amulets of fey origin make the wearer radiate chaos.
Additionally, the amulet leaves a brand on its wearer, which persists for 24 hours after the amulet is removed. Any demon or fey (depending on the type of amulet) seeing the brand recognizes the wearer and may read their thoughts (as per the detect thoughts spell, but this doesn't allow a save). The brand can be seen through clothing or armor by a demon or a fey. Should the amulet be destroyed, any marks that it has left immediately vanish.
