Angled Arrow [Fighter]
You are really good at firing at unusual angles.Benefit: You can fire a bow while prone, and may use any type of bow while riding a mount. If you are levitating you do not take the attack penalty for firing a ranged weapon while levitating.
Normal: Only crossbows can fire while you are prone, and you can only use shortbows while mounted.
