Whenever victim cast a arcane spell the caster must make a DC (10+Spell Level) Fort save or lose that spell slot permanently and increase max power point reserve by a number of points equal to the lost spell slots level.

Whenever victim attempts to prepare Arcane spells for the day they must make a DC (10+ the level of the highest level spell prepared) or unlearn that spell (This would mean the spell is erased from the spell book or other medium). Then victim learns a random power of the same level from a psionic class that uses the same ability score that determines his/her bonus spells.
