Armour Training [Fighter] Prerequisites: BAB +1Benefit: If you are proficient with no armour or shields, you become proficient with light armour and light shields. If you are proficient with light armour or light shields, you become proficient with light armour, medium armour, light shields and heavy shields. If you are proficient with medium armour or heavy shields, you become proficient with all armours and all shields (including tower shields).

Additionally, while you wear armour or wield a shield, you gain temporary hit points. You gain 5 temporary hit points for wearing light armour, 8 temporary hit points for wearing medium armour, and 12 temporary hit points for wearing heavy armour. Wielding a light shield gives an additional 2 temporary hit points, wielding a heavy shield gives an additional 4 temporary hit points, and wielding a tower shield gives an additional 8 temporary hit points. These temporary hit points can be restored by adjusting the armour or shield, requiring 1 minute. Special: If you would later gain additional armour proficiencies, this feat improves with them. For example, if you took this feat when you weren't proficient with any armour, and later became proficient with light armour, this feat would function as if you had been proficient with light armour when you took this feat. Note that the feat itself does not cause this effect - only other sources of proficiency, such as class levels.

This feat counts as Armour Proficiency, Shield Proficiency, Tower Shield Proficiency and any similar feat for prerequisite purposes. You cannot take this feat and any feats it counts as on the same character.
