Thought to be a spell which goofed and turned out to be useful after all, this spell has two functions.  Used offensively it is a touch attack against the enemy, and the opponent gets a [[Fortitude]] save to resist.  On a failed save, their arms are rendered comically tiny and useless, unable to use weapons, items, or even reach for spell components or scratch their nose.  They also take a 2d6 penalty to [[strength]].  On a successful save, their arms remain normal, but they still recieve the penalty to strength for the duration.

However, if used on the caster the spell has a bizaarely different effect.  Their arms transform into giant [[SRD:Tyrannosaurus|tyrannosaurus]] heads, allowing them to make two bite attacks a round as primary natural weapons for the duration.  They attack with your caster level + 9 for their effective strength score of 28, and deal 3d6+13 damage.  The arms have improved grab, using your caster level + size bonus/penalty + 17.  They cannot swallow whole, but you can grapple a creature in one arm and continue attacking or grapple another at no penalty.

Since you lack arms while your arms are T-rexes, you cannot use weapons or cast spells with somatic components for the duration.  Any items or weapons you were carrying at the time are either absorbed in your body for the duration or fall harmlessly at your feet, at your choice.
