Arrow to the Knee [Fighter] Prerequisites: Precise Shot, BAB +17Benefit: As a standard action, you may fire an arrow at your opponent's knee. If you hit, your opponent must make a Reflex save (DC = 10 + ½ your HD + your dexterity modifier) or immediately lose all its class levels and have them replaced by Commoner levels. Only a Wish or Miracle spell can restore the levels back to their original type.
