|fluff=You swore he glowed with a visible aura around him.  His power is such that trying to express your own power is difficult in the face of such might.
|benefit=Any creature using an ability with limited uses (such as many spell-like abilities) who attempts to use such in 60 ft of you must expend two uses of the ability to activate it.  Abilities able to be used at will, or with a cooldown (like many breath weapons) gain a +1 additional round delay before it may be used again.  Spellcasting, manifesting, initiating, and other class features simply give a +1 delay to that particular spell or ability, so a wizard could not cast ''[[SRD:Fireball|fireball]]'' twice in a row, but could cast ''fireball'', a different spell next round, and then ''fireball'' again.  You may choose to exclude a number of creatures up to your HD to be exempt from your aura as a free action on your turn.
