Twice per day the wearer of a badge of accuracy can activate it, granting himself a +10 insight bonus to his next attack roll as well as the ability to roll it twice and take the better result.
In order to use a badge of accuracy, the wearer must wear it for 24 hours before it can be used.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, true strike.
