This cloak lined with cheap knockoffs of exotic gems grants the wearer a +1 enchantment bonus to [[SRD:Appraise|Appraise]], [[SRD:Bluff|Bluff]], [[SRD:Diplomacy|Diplomacy]], [[SRD:Forgery|Forgery]], [[SRD:Intimidate|Intimidate]], [[SRD:Search|Search]], and [[SRD:Sleight of Hand|Sleight of Hand]] checks, but also bestows a &minus;1 enchantment penalty to [[SRD:Disguise|Disguise]], [[SRD:Hide|Hide]], [[SRD:Swim|Swim]], and [[SRD:Tumble|Tumble]] checks. 

Twice per day, the wearer can cast [[SRD:Suggestion|''suggestion'']] as a full-round action; casting the spell in this way involves speaking to the subject (thus, it must be able to hear and understand the wearer) and compels it to give the wearer 20 gp &times; the result of a [[SRD:Diplomacy Skill|Diplomacy]] check rolled as part of the full-round action.
