Binding Contract
Conjuration / Enchantment
Level: Cleric 3, Sorcerer/Wizard 3
Components: V, S, F
Casting time: 1 minute (see text)
Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Effect: One powerful binding contract between two willing creatures.
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No

Upon casting this spell two willing creatures lay terms for a contract which can take almost any nature, from a simple oath of service, trade agreement to a pact of servitude. Both party must be willing of their own accord (thus cannot be made to agreed through magic) for this spell to work. The terms may be virtually anything, once the terms are laid down and agreed to the spell end and it effect come into play immediately.

The terms of the contracts are magically enforced forcing a will save when one of the spell target attempt to violate the terms of the contract, a failure both prevent them from violating the terms but also warn the other creature that it partner attempted to violate the terms. If the will save is a success the creature is free to violate the term of the contract but it also suffer dire consequences, warning it partner it violated it contract and dealing taking 2 points of ability burn to all of the violator's ability scores unless it partner decide to waive punishment.

The effect of this spell may only be broken if a break enchantment spell is cast on the 'proof of the covenant' of the contract or through a wish or miracle. Alternatively the contract may end naturally as part of it term (or has some clause that immediately end the contract).

Focus: An item worth at least 500 gp to focus as the 'proof of the covenant'
