Body of Iron [Fighter, Monk] You have abs of steel.Prerequisites: AC Bonus class feature (such as monk), Con 13, Fortitude +4Benefit: Whenever unarmored, you gain a +4 armor bonus to AC, plus an additional +1 at 3 HD and every 3 levels beyond. You may have your body enhanced as if it were armor (your body counts as unarmored or light armor, whenever beneficial).

If you already have the ability to enhance your body by virtue of race or class feature, you instead may enhance yourself as if you possessed the appropriate item creation feats. You may also apply a material to your body such as mithral or adamantine by spending the appropriate amount in materials. Special: A monk can select Body of Iron as a monk bonus feat, ignoring pre-requisites as usual.
