Brain Drain [Psionic] "POWER POINTS FOR THE POWER POINT GOD. AUGMENTS FOR THE AUGMENT THRONE."Prerequisites: Wildest TalentsBenefit: As an attack action against a pinned, helpless, or willing character, you may drain 1d6 power points. If they cast spells, you may instead drain 1d6 spell slots, and gain power points equal to the level of the slots drained. If they have neither, or run out, you can deal 1d6x5 HP Burn (can only heal through natural healing from rest, fast healing doesn't count), and gain 1/3 a power point for every 5 HP burned.

If this would kill a target, this saps them of their consciousness, leaving their body comatose in suspended animation, and their soul without will, desire, etc. You acquire all memories they possessed, and can use their consciousness and intellect for various purposes, including uses like putting it into a construct, a synthetic soul, or even the original body. They cannot be recovered until released, or the recoverer succeeds and opposed level check. They may only attempt the check if their level is one below yours or greater.
