|fluff=You have enhanced your body through intense physical activity.
|benefit=You gain +2 [[SRD:Strength|Strength]], +1 [[SRD:Constitution|Constitution]], and a +1 bonus to all checks made to engage in physically strenuous activities (this bonus increases to +2 for checks made to engage in prolonged strenuous activity, like running or holding your breath). You also gain a +1 bonus to all saving throws made to avoid fatigue or exhaustion (which can stack with the above bonus).
