Bullseye
Attacks seem to home in on you.
Effect: Any time you have a miss chance (such as from concealment) reduce it by 30% (minimum 0%). If you have decoy targets such as from mirror image, creatures can roll twice to see if they strike your actual form. Creatures who roll a natural 1 against you do not automatically miss. Even invisibility is only partly effective, making your translucent (20% miss chance) instead of actually invisible.
Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
