I am always looking for suggestions. Feel free to edit this page and leave comments, suggestions, and feedback. They would be welcomed.

Suggestions

You should add a section about what can not be found in Cala'diel like if Purple Worms are extinct in this world you should say. If dragons are particularly common in Cala'diel you should also say.

This is a good idea. I will work on this next. Bramithra (talk) 01:26, 12 April 2016 (UTC)
I know this is really late but I have the chance to work on this again finally. I have added a biome map to the bestiary section. Using the monster by environment tables in the monster manual and Volo's guide you can find locations to run the monster you want. Or if you want to know what would be found in the area of Cala'diel you are playing in you can use the biome map as a guide until I get the time to complete the list. You should also make stat blocks for the legendary dragons and dragon gods so they can be combat encounters.

I have been playing a lot of SSB4 And SSBB recently and I like the characters from fire emblem (Marth, Roy, Ike, Robin, Lucina & Corrin). Could you by chance make battle more strategic by chance like in Fire emblem? Go to fire emblem wiki for some stuff on the series. XX the memenist Xx (talk) 00:04, 30 April 2016 (UTC)

Cassidy Burton is inspired by Samus Aran, if your looking for some kind of Nintendo characters. She is only inspired by, so she is not 100% Samus. I do not know much about the Fire Emblem series. Bramithra (talk) 01:43, 8 May 2016 (UTC)

Could I possibly help with making the random encounter NPCs plez XX the memenist Xx (talk) 22:31, 4 May 2016 (UTC)

Sure if you would like too. For those npc's I am not really looking for fleshed out npc's. Those are just going to be stat block's most likely. Know that if you do work on them, try to make them look like the other NPC stat block pages. Otherwise I will go back and edit them look the same. Also be aware that I might edit some of the things you do. Bramithra (talk) 01:43, 8 May 2016 (UTC)
Never mind I will work on my own campaign+ why don't you include other classes XX the memenist Xx (talk) 21:29, 7 May 2016 (UTC)
I was very busy these last two weeks so I was unable to do much work here. I do not have any idea's for classes right now. I feel 5th edition is fine the way it for this setting. I tend to like low magic settings, and 5th is pretty good for that. Check out the online unearthed arcana articles from WOTC, they add new classes and races. If I do add classes it will be one of the last things I do. Bramithra (talk) 01:43, 8 May 2016 (UTC)

Races

Why do all the races have such short lives? Most normal humans can outlive elves in this setting. XX the memenist Xx (talk) 22:25, 15 May 2016 (UTC)

The life spans of the races in this setting is shortened to give the setting a more mysterious history. It is a choice I made to give the game a more realistic tone. The short life spans is more fitting to real life. I feel that allowing life forms to be hundreds of years old really limits/complicates the story telling. Short life spans allows for history to be inaccurate, and allows for myths and legends to be hard to verify. This is also one of the reasons to run a custom setting, it is different than what you get in the books. Humans in this setting live to be around 60. A elf will live to be around 100. So... no.. most normal humans in this setting live to be about HALF the age of a elf. Bramithra (talk) 00:51, 19 May 2016 (UTC)
1. I meant normal humans in the 5e PHB (assuming that a year =365.25 days) and 2. Since lizardfolk and half elves are mentioned, Shouldn't they be playable Races and because this setting revolves around dragons it would make sense that kobolds, Dragonborn and half dragons are playable XX the memenist Xx (talk) 11:14, 19 May 2016 (UTC)
I have toyed with the idea of making lizardfolk playable, so I may make them a race. In this setting dragonborn simply do not exist. The only dragons in this setting are the 10 dragon gods. Those dragons did not create any dragonborn. If you wish to run the setting you can allow your players to be whatever races you wish. The race section is a suggestion by me for what races make the most sense to allow players to be. Orcs are also mentioned, but those are not playable either. Regarding half elfs, elfs and humans simply do not breed with each other. The event surrounding the only half elf known to exist has left a scar on both races. In this setting that event alone was enough to make it so half elfs will never exist again.Bramithra (talk) 01:44, 20 May 2016 (UTC)
regarding the fact that this campaign revolves around dragons it would make sense that gem dragons and the lesser known chromatic dragons and metallic dragons exist + you did not awenser about what a said about kobolds XX the memenist Xx (talk) 15:32, 22 May 2016 (UTC)
The balance of 5 dragons each is enough for now. Going back to the shorter life spans this setting offers, history is unclear. If you wish to run the setting adding more dragons, you may do so. The amount of generations back these events took place makes it almost impossible to verify the creation mythos. Dropping in dragons of different colors is simple, they are just not gods. Who is to say that the black dragon didn't create shadow dragons. As to kobolds, those are also not playable, but they do exist. I working on the beastiary right now to clear up both of these suggestions more. Bramithra (talk) 19:06, 22 May 2016 (UTC)

Map Images

What do you use for the map making - xX the memenist Xx 22:52, 31 May 2016 (UTC)

If you click on a image you can see the custom brushes I use to create a map image. I draw the maps free hand and scan them first. I then edit, color, and add details to them with paint shop pro. This can also be done in other programs, like photoshop or gimp. Bramithra (talk) 00:48, 2 June 2016 (UTC)
You may want to look into Inkarnate. It is free and looks to make map making easy. Bramithra (talk) 14:16, 6 July 2017 (MDT)

Question

How did other races come into existiance. If dark elf exist then what is lolths status, XX the memenist Xx (talk) 17:37, 21 March 2017 (MDT)

--- I have not thought of how I am going introduce the other races yet. The idea I am tossing around right now is that they will be created outside of the knowledge of the ten dragons. This is of course referring to non-sub races. Dark elf or drow are considered sub-races of elf in 5th. I was thinking that maybe a super powerful rouge beholder could create other playable races with his nightmares. That is just one idea I am tossing around right now. Bramithra (talk) 18:08, 6 May 2017 (MDT)
If you do the beholder option will you make them a npc XX the memenist Xx (talk) 17:45, 8 May 2017 (MDT)
I am not one for stating gods. With that said, I for sure will make him a NPC with a history and backstory. He is a huge part of my ideas for the continent of Eskzor. The large bay on that continent was drawn to resemble a beholder. The island in the middle of it will most likely be home to this beholder. Bramithra (talk) 16:20, 7 June 2017 (MDT)
