Qualinesti is the elven nation that was founded by Kith-Kanan after he and his followers decided to separate from their original nation of Silvanesti. At the beginning of the War of the Lance it was decided by the current speaker of the stars, Solostaran Kanan, that Qualinesti was to be evacuated to save the elven people.
