|fluff=The assassin, without disguise simply walked the street. He killed his target quickly and then faded into the crowd.
|benefit=You may make a [[SRD:Hide Skill|Hide]] and [[SRD:Move Silently Skill|Move Silently]] even if you do not have concealment by 'fading in the background'. Whenever you are in public area or a crowd you can attempt a [[SRD:Hide Skill|Hide]] and [[SRD:Move Silently Skill|Move Silently]] even without concealment, this 'fool' even extraordinary senses as you are still perceived but not recognized and an intruder of threat.

If a creature is specifically looking for you, or you stand out because of equipment, race and other features you take a -8 penalty on your [[SRD:Hide Skill|Hide]] and [[SRD:Move Silently Skill|Move Silently]] check. This may be alleviated with a successful [[SRD:Disguise Skill|Disguise]] check as normal. You take a -10 penalty to your [[SRD:Hide Skill|Hide]] and [[SRD:Move Silently Skill|Move Silently]] if you are doing something obviously illegal (such as being in a place where you are obviously not supposed to be in) but not hostile, it automatically fail if you attack a creature or perform an obviously hostile action.
