A single use does only one of the following:
- Power Dampening: Can reduce the power of all powers in area (treat like spell dampening). This affects all powers in area, reducing: 1) damage by two dice, 2) DC and skill checks by two, 3) ranges by 30 feet (to minimum of 20), and 4) area affects by 20 feet (to minimum of 5). The damage reduction has no effect on powers that do ability damage or drain (but everything else is reduced).
- Power Enhancement: Can increase the power of all powers in area (treat like enhanced magic). This affects all powers in area, increasing: 1) damage by two dice, 2) DC and skill checks by two, 3) range by 30 feet, and area affect by 10 feet. The damage increase has no effect on powers that do ability damage or drain (but everything else is increased).
The dispel psionics and dispelling buffer power have no effect on this; however, null psionics field and reddopsi dismisses the entire effect.
Augment: You can augment this power in one or more of the following ways.
- For every 4 extra power points, the duration increases by 2 rounds/level (i.e., 3 rounds/level total with 4 extra) and the power’s save DC increases by 2.
