Clan Commander [Leadership]
Prerequisites: Teamwork Leadership, Character level 10thBenefit: You can now gain followers. Your Leadership score is counted as -4 in order to calculate the maximum number of followers you have, and your Leadership score count as inscreased by your Rank in Teamwork for determining the maximum level of the cohort (up to your level -2, as per the normal rule). In addition, choose two skills in which you have at least 5 ranks in, all your followers gain these skills as class skill.
Normal: You normally not gain followers with Teamwork Leadership
