Cold... why is it s-so c-c-cold?
Creatures which fail the Will save become convinced the temperature has dropped to dangerous degrees. They take 1d4 Dex damage and must make saves each round to avoid taking 1d4 additional Dex damage. A successful save negates the damage, but doesn't end the spell. Two consecutive successful saves ends the spell for the creature. When the spell ends, any Dexterity damage dealt by this spell is reverted as it was never real to begin with.
If a creature is reduced to 0 Dex while under this spell, they must make a Fortitude save instead of a Will save or die from the "cold".
Immunity to cold damage renders a creature immune to this spell.
