It contains the spirit of the ultra super arch demon known as blood_skull_boi 84, and possesses anyone who touches it.  Creatures that grab the blade must make a DC 23 [[Will]] save or become enslaved to the sword.  Those who are not enslaved just treat it as a masterwork scimitar.

Those enslaved by the blade become temporarily chaotic evil as long as they hold the blade, and become super edgy caricatures of themselves, though they keep the same allegiances viewed through their new alignment.  In the hands of the possessed it becomes a +6 [[SRD:Vorpal|vorpal]] scimitar that grants the user the power to double the users movement speeds.  He can use ''[[SRD:Time Stop|time stop]]'' as a spell-like ability at will, but is actually also stopped in time so they can only use it to monologue about how super edgy they are and also nobody is aware that power exists except for them.
