<small>1 Once the creature has taken more than half of its Dex score in damage, it loses an additional -10 feet to its movement speed, and the damage becomes ability drain.

2 You gain 1 Permanent [[Spellstrained (3.5e Condition)|spellstrained]] level each day you fail your Fortitude save, which are removed together with the disease.

3 [[Cicada Rabies (3.5e Disease)|Cicada Rabies]] causes a rather complicated form of insanity.

4 You become [[SRD:Sickened|sickened]] and stay that way as long as you are sick.

5 Drain per day but an increase of +3 [[Con]] each time ability damage is applied. In spite of the boost in constitution, [[Fortitude]] saves against the disease are not improved and instead take a -1 cumulative circumstance penalty against saves vs the disease.

6 Also gives -1 to all attack rolls, saves, and skill checks from the growing pain. The effect is cumulative.

7 Causes a very insidious form of technological stagnation.
