Cosmin Eternal

Some cosmins decide to answer the call of deep space and attune themselves to cosmic powers to aquire a new state of being, eternal as the stars.

Making a Cosmin Eternal

Cosmins learn how to better use their gravitational powers and how to sustain themselves with cosmic radiations only. They gain traits of celestial bodies and of alien creatures from the void of space.

Abilities: No particular ability score interests cosmin eternals, though they gain a bonus to one physical ability of their choice and to Wisdom. Constitution becomes more relevant once they learn how to channel their Bio-Energy.

Races: Only cosmins become eternals.

Alignment: Any.

Class Features

All of the following are class features of the cosmin eternal.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Cosmin eternals gain no proficiency in any weapon, shield or armour, unless they lack any proficiency. In this case they gain proficiency in one simple or martial weapon of their choice, in light shields and in light armour.

Variable Saves: A cosmin eternal may choose two of its saves to have a good progresssion instead of poor. Once this choice has been made it can't be changed.

Cosmic Sustenance (Ex): A 1st level cosmin eternal begins leaving behind its earthly needs. As long as it pass at least one hour per day under the light of the sun, moon or stars, a cosmin eternal does not need to eat and drink. By 2nd level it becomes immune to poisons and diseases, at the same conditions. At 3rd level it doesn't need to sleep as long as it maintains the mentioned conditions (but it may still need rest for other purposes such as recovering fatigue, spells or bio-energy).

Physical Score Increase: A 1st level cosmin eternal increases one of its physical scores of its choosing by 2.

Meteoric Charge (Ex): At 1st level whenever a cosmin eternal falls or charges at least 10 ft (3 meters), it is wrapped in flames as it moves. Creatures attacking it during its movement or creatures bull rushed, overrun, or trampled take 1d6 fire damage + an additional 1 damage per HD. The cosmin eternal takes half damage from cold and fire while in motion.

Graviton Implosion (Ex): At 2nd level a cosmin eternal may replicate the spell graviton implosion as an extraordinary ability, once per cosmin eternal level per day, using its HD as caster level.

Improved Voidstrike (Ex): A 2nd level cosmin eternal increases the damage die of its voidstrike by one step (usually to 1d6) and adds its full HD, instead of half of it, to the damage. When it reaches 3rd level its Voidstrike counts as [Force] effect.

Eternal (Ex): A cosmin eternal of 3rd level gains the feat Improved Timeless Body, even if it doesn't meet its requirements.

Wisdom Score Increase: A 3rd level eternal increases its Wisdom score by 2.

Xeno-Energy (Ex): By 3rd level an eternal can take Xenotheric feats as if it had the Xenotheric subtype and gains a pool of Bio-Energy equal to 3 + its Constitution modifier. This bio-energy can be used to power up its gravitational abilities. It can consume one point to use the Graviton Implosion feature again, and it can consume one point of bio-energy while using its Alter Gravity racial trait at a greater power, creating a extreme or low gravity effect, instead of heavy or light.

Special

Except for the first level in this paragon class, a cosmin may take subsequent levels only if it has at least three additional HD per each level it would take. This HD may be gained through any permanent mean (such as taking class levels or a template). So, for example, a cosmin eternal 1/fighter 3 could take its second level as eternal as soon as it reaches the 5th general level, or later, but it can't take the third one until it has at least other additional 3 HD from classes different from the cosmin eternal paragon class.
