With a wringing motion of your hands, the target of your spell suddenly gasps and doubles over, grabbing their lower abdomen, eyes widening in alarm.
On a failed save, the target experiences sharp abdominal cramping and a sudden terrible pressure in their bowels. Until the target can relieve themselves, they take a -2 penalty on all attack rolls, saving throws, and a -4 penalty on any ability or skill checks. Affected creatures cannot take 10 on any skill check. A successful save negates the penalty to attacks and saves, and the penalty to ability and skill checks is lessened to -2.
An affected creature can remove the penalties by soiling themselves, which is a move-equivalent action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity. However, until a soiled creature can clean himself up (or is the target of two Prestidigitation spells) he suffers a -10 circumstance penalty on all Charisma-related skill checks.
