For those who would rather pour power instead of time into the creation of an anchor sigil...
You create an anchor sigil at a location, or strengthen an existing one. The casting time of the spell varies depending on what you are attempting to do. It takes 30 minutes to create an anchor sigil in this fashion. You can also strengthen an anchor sigil with this spell, adding 1 layer of strengthening per 15 minutes of casting time. You can only strengthen a sigil up to a level equal to your caster level with this spell.
This spell is incapable of recreating a sigil that existed previously. If you wish to recreate such a sigil you must do so with the ritual, though you may strengthen it with this spell as normal after its initial creation.
Focus: A gemstone of semiprecious or greater value.
