A dim shadowy cloak seemed to creep over your body, your sounds muffled and colors dulled.

You surround yourself in a crawling miasma of shadowstuff, which grants your caster level as a competence bonus on Hide and Move Silently (maximum +20 at 20th). You also halve the effect of any armor check penalty you have (minimum 1).

If you are in dim lighting or darker, your body blurs and melts into the shadows. You gain a 20% concealment, as the spell blur while you are in darkness even if the opponent would otherwise see in darkness.

While under the effects of this spell you are sensitive to bright light, and take a -1 penalty on attack rolls, skill checks, and ability checks in normal lighting, or -3 in unusually bright lighting.
